Description

Please join us at the 2025 Annual Graduate History Society Conference! We will hear presentations from graduate students from a wide variety of disciplines on the theme of Fault Lines: Power, Resistance, and Connections. One could argue that the propulsion of history is ultimately driven by a melange of fault lines, whose cracks we can trace to explain the present. We seek to explore the potential that a 'fault lines' vision of history holds. Where do we see power and resistance play out in the human reaction to historical continuity and change? How are the two connected? Can tracing the historical contours of the present context assuage our anxiety?

Registration is free. Lunch to be provided.
