Richard Glazar survived Treblinka. He revolted against his Nazi captors, freeing himself and one hundred of his fellows. Now, he wants justice against the man who sent him to Treblinka: Reinhard Heydrich, the Butcher of Prague. But as shocking memories resurface, what seemed to be black and white quickly becomes disturbing shades of grey.

Richard and Reinhard, the 2019 Ziedenberg Award-winning play by Callum Hutchinson, tells a haunting story transcending time, space, and morality. Starring Oliver Daniel as Richard Glazar and Nam Nguyen as Reinhard Heydrich, and featuring music by Paloma Alaminos, Co-Winner of the 2019 Ziedenberg Award. Read by Professor Doris Bergen, Professor Piotr Wróbel, and members of the U of T theatre community.
