Biography : 

Daniel Manulak is an international and global historian, with an emphasis on race, emotion, and global order. Daniel completed his PhD at the University of Western Ontario in 2021. From 2022-2024, he was a William Lyon Mackenzie King Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University's Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. Daniel's book project, titled A Light in the Window: Canada, Apartheid, and the Defence of the Liberal Order, is under contract with an academic press. His recent publications have appeared in Diplomatic History, the Canadian Historical Review, and the Journal of Imperial and Commonwealth History, the latter of which won the Canadian Historical Association's best article in political history prize (English Language) in 2022.
