Please join us for a discussion of the recently-released English translation of Catherine Larochelle’s School of Racism. The original French version of the book won a number of prizes, including the CHA’s Clio-Québec prize, the IHAF’s Lionel-Groulx Prize, and the ACHE-CHEA book prize. Larochelle is a professor of history at the Université de Montréal and a member of HistoireEngagée.ca’s editorial board. She is the co-host of the podcast Persistance coloniale and is interested in the different ways history is written and disseminated in Quebec.
